Kenneth M. Webb, Sr. is a retired 32-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Fact Finders Group, Inc., he served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a helicopter crew chief. As a proven leader, throughout his law enforcement career, he has served in specialized units, which include (Internal Affairs, Organized Crime, and the Patrol Division). Mr. Webb is also a licensed Private Detective and Private Security Contractor in the State of Illinois and Indiana.

Mr. Webb holds a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University and a Masters of Public Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). He has received over one hundred awards, citations, and certificates for outstanding performance from the Chicago Police Department. He employs evidence-based practices to effectively and consistently improve security operations, improved resource allocation, and overall internal and external customer satisfaction.
